We have an open-air pavilion that can accommodate up to 200 diners at a time.

The pavilion was built with the tenets of sustainable architecture in mind.

No tree was felled to construct the pavilion. Instead, huge branches were harvested from trees in the property, keeping the main trunks intact and the host trees alive.

Local materials were used for the roofing. A skylight is provided to lessen our dependence on electricity during the daytime.

All the laborers and craftsmen were from nearby barangays.
